ARTIST STATEMENT
Memories are among our greatest treasures, preserved through photo albums and cherished trinkets from times long past. "Greener Grass," the title of this body of work, delves deep into the feelings of nostalgia and longing, transporting us back to old memories and past loves. This collection compels the viewer to confront their own recollections and wonder about life as it once was. The work serves as a reminder that our memories can be unreliable, sometimes idealized, for better or worse. It prompts contemplation on what we have, what we've had, and what could have been. Through this exploration, we are left to ponder: is the grass truly greener on the other side?
