2026 Special Needs Artist Application Form

The Lakeshore Art Trail continues to focus on the importance of the arts, especially for our special needs community. This year, we will again offer two sponsored booths for Artists, who self-identify as Special Needs.

  • There is no cost to participate and no jury fee. 
  • If selected, the cost of your booth will be covered by a community partner.
  • In addition, you will be offered guidance on how to exhibit your work by members of the Executive Committee, who are also exhibiting artists.
  • You will need to provide your own easels/grids, lights, etc to display your work. The Lakeshore Art Trail will provide a 7.5' x 7.5' booth with pipe and drape, a craft table and chair.

Terms of Entry for Entrants

  • I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the Lakeshore Art Trail requires my attendance during setup on Friday October 16th, the Trail's hours of 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday October 17 and Sunday October 18, 2026 10 am - 4 pm [tear down from 4 - 6 pm].
